ClicklessQA ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our platform at clicklessqa.com (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you join an organization, we also store your role within that organization.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, test executions triggered, browser type, IP address, and timestamps. This data is used solely for operational and product improvement purposes.

2.3 Test Content

Test flows, URLs, and associated artifacts (screenshots, logs, DOM snapshots) you create are stored on our infrastructure and processed by our AI pipeline to provide the Service. We do not use your test content to train general-purpose AI models.

2.4 Billing Information

Payment and billing details are handled exclusively by our payment processor. ClicklessQA stores only a customer reference ID and subscription status — we never store raw card numbers or financial account information.

2.5 Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use session cookies to authenticate users and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may impair certain features.

• Process transactions and send subscription-related emails
• Send transactional notifications (test results, alerts, invitations)
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate the Service:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Test execution data (logs, screenshots) is retained for 90 days by default and then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
